Onsite management - Having an account manager onsite at the client location to handle staffing coordination. Compliance/audits - Conducting audits or ensuring vendor compliance. Reporting/analytics - Providing detailed staffing metrics, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting. Technology integration - Integrating staffing orders/data directly into client's HRIS or procurement systems. Timesheet management - Collecting and processing timesheets. Policy development - Assisting with staffing program policies, processes, best practices. Workforce planning - Developing workforce plans, demand forecasts, supply analysis. Payroll/invoicing - Handling payment Performance management - Managing staff productivity and addressing performance issues.
